When will my order arrive?
Each necklace is made to order in the USA and usually ships within 2–3 business days. Most US orders arrive 3–7 business days after that, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Carriers slow down in December, so order early. For Christmas delivery we recommend ordering by December 10.
Is the card the same as in the photos?
Yes. The message card is printed exactly as shown in the photos and comes set inside the box with the necklace.
What is the necklace made of?
A stainless steel pendant and chain with a 14k white gold or 18k yellow gold finish, set with a 6mm round cubic zirconia stone.
How do I keep it looking new?
Like any plated jewelry, the finish lasts longest when it stays dry. Take it off before showering, swimming or working out, and keep it in its box when you're not wearing it.
Will the chain fit?
The cable chain adjusts from 18 to 22 inches, so it sits comfortably on most necklines.
What's the difference between the two boxes?
The standard box is a soft-touch gift box and is included in the price. The luxury box is a mahogany-style wooden box with a built-in LED light that shines on the pendant when you open it.
What if something goes wrong?
If your necklace arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a replacement at no cost. Unworn items in their original box can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
